Daily blog for Sunday October 10 2021

Every Sunday I will be journaling the previous week's events. I work the 6-2:30 shift. I work at home. I take calls for Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare Advantage. Provider services. I am a SME ( Subject Matter Expert). For 2 hours twice a week I answer questions in chat and take supervisor calls if there is not a Team lead available to take the call. Last Thursday was my first day as a SME and I had to take a sup call. It is my one fear but I know that God knows I can handle it. I used to be afraid to work in a call center because I was afraid of dealing with rude customers. Now I love it.
On Friday I did my coaching with my team lead. Next week I will start leadership training. This is so that once there is a position open for a Team lead I am trained and ready to go. Other than that I had a good week at work.
My cousin's kids both had dates for Homecoming last night. So we took their pictures here. I am having Walmart print them and putting them in frames for them. So they will have something to keep. I don't have kids but I still try to contribute where I can.

3 things I am grateful for.
1. My savior Jesus Christ
2. A car that is paid in full
3. I am finally in a place where I can pay off my bills. I have most of them paid off.

Daily Scripture reading Deuteronomy 29 and 30. Mark 16.

Verse of the day Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee wherever thou first.
